Mr. Ramchander Malik, Founder & Chairman of Janta Group, is a visionary leader whose strategic vision, dedication, and entrepreneurial spirit have shaped the company's success. He began his journey in 2002 with his first farm, Janta Hatchery, driven by a commitment to quality and innovation. Under his leadership, Janta Group has expanded to multiple farms and a state-of-the-art hatchery, setting new benchmarks in poultry farming. Beyond business, he is a well-respected figure, the ex-Sarpanch of his village, and a dedicated social worker, actively contributing to the community. His passion for excellence continues to guide Janta Group toward new heights.

Sh. Jaiparkash Malik
Mr. Jaiparkash Malik, Partner & Advisor of Janta Group, is the brother of founder Ramchander Malik and has played a key role in the company’s growth. With ownership and partnerships in multiple Janta Group farms, he brings deep industry knowledge and valuable business insight. His expertise makes him a key decision-maker, ensuring steady expansion. As a trusted advisor, he provides guidance whenever needed, helping the company navigate challenges and seize opportunities. Beyond business, he is a respected figure and actively contributes to the community.

Mr. Mohit Malik
Mr. Mohit Malik, Managing Director of Janta Group and son of founder Ramchander Malik, has been instrumental in driving the group's rapid expansion. Mohit has added numerous farms and hatcheries. He started Janta Foods in 2025, which operates right now at four locations in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. His strategic vision and innovative leadership continue to propel Janta Group forward, ensuring sustainable growth and industry excellence. Mohit is also the Vice Chairperson of the All Haryana Poultry Committee, where his dedication to quality and innovation sets new benchmarks in the poultry sector.

Mr. Avinash Malik
Mr. Avinash Malik, Executive Member of Janta Group, is a young and highly educated leader actively contributing to the group's operations. As the son of Mr. Jaiparkash Malik, he plays a key role in overseeing activities and ensuring efficient management. Beyond business, he is committed to social work and serves as the President of Bhagat Singh Youth Club, a welfare organization dedicated to community service. His dedication to both business excellence and social welfare makes him a valuable part of Janta Group’s leadership.
